ABOUT THE COFFEE and REGION:

Huehuetenango, located in the western highlands of Guatemala, is a renowed coffee-producing region known for its unique microclimates and high altitude coffee cultivation, resulting in distinct, high quality coffees.

Finca Las Rosas is located at the base of the Cuchamatanes mountain range in Huehuetenango. This farm is owned and operated by the Villatoro family and Rolando VIllatoro is currently leading the operation.

This farm began planting coffee in 1920s and has been producing coffee now for four generations.
